- To register, simply download the e-USIN mobile app and fill in your personal information on the Sign-Up page.
- You will be required to show a valid identity card such as your IC or passport.
- Once your registration is approved by the system, your e-USIN is activated and ready to be topped-up and used!
There is no registration fees. However if you request to get a physical card, that would cost $5.00

To top-up funds onto your e-USIN account, you can either pay cash to any participating merchant or via BIBD Bill payment on BIBD'd mobile App/online banking website.
Go to the e-USIN App and click the "transfer" function and follow the prompts to make a fund transfer between accounts. Transfer between accounts is free of charge.
- e-USIN is securely managed by MobilityOne(B) Sdn. Bhd, a locally licensed Payment System Operator (License No. PS-005) approved by the Brunei Darussalam Central Bank (BDCB).
- Our terminals are approved & licensed by the Authority of Info-Communications and Technology (AITI) in accordance with the Telecommunication Order 2001 (License no. DTL-D-12605-10/1/2018-1307)
